The user list shows the team members who have been invited into your organization as a user.
To invite a new user to Link they must first be created in Xero Practice Manager. Once this has been done, in the users page you can select ‘Invite New User’ in the bottom left.
This will take you to the team page, which shows your list of staff as it appears in Xero Practice Manager. Under the status field on the far right you will see ‘Send Invite’.
Click this for the user you wish to send an invite to. You will be presented with a pop up to select their user permissions. Once you have toggled their permissions click Send. This will send an email to the user inviting them into Link and creating them as a user in the users page.
Once an invite is sent, the status of the team member will be updated to show “Resend Invite”, indicating an invite has been sent but not yet accepted. You can send another invite by clicking this button.
Once the invite has been accepted, the status will be updated to a green traffic light, indicating the user is active.
