Your objective is to have all tasks which have a deadline assigned to a team member. Not all tasks have deadlines however, and therefore do not need to be scheduled. Tasks such as ‘phone call’ or ‘general queries’ are tasks that need to exist for timesheeting, but do not necessarily need to be assigned to a person and given a due date. These tasks can be flagged in settings as non-schedulable which removes them from the Task Schedule list.
