Assignable and Unassignable Team Members in Link Capacity

An assignable team member is a team member that can be assigned tasks in the schedule tasks module. The assignable team member will be given a target capacity percentage and hours per week, both which are used to calculate expected billable hours each month. These hours add to the overall available capacity for the practice. 

All team members are assignable by default and can be flagged as unassignable by toggling this off.

Unassignable Team Members

An unassignable team member is a team member that cannot be assigned tasks in the schedule module. They are given 0% as their target capacity, and therefore do not contribute to the expected billable hours for the practice. Unassignable team members are generally administrators or advisors who do not take on client work in the practice.

Deleted Team Members

Deleted team members are team members who have been deleted after creating an account with Link. If a team member has been deleted before signing up with Link, they will not show in the list.

There is no way to restore a deleted team member. If this needs to be done, the team member will need to be recreated in Xero Practice Manager and will be treated as a new team member in Link.
