Manage Workflow
Workflow is where your team members can view the tasks they have been assigned and manage their workflow by prioritizing their list. Manage Workflow gives the user access to the Workflow Module so they can view their own task list.
Manage Others Workflow
Manage Others Workflow allows the user to view and manage the workflow of other team members. This is important for team members that run workflow meetings so they can view the tasks across multiple people.
Manage Others Workflow is auto-togged on for users who have access to the Capacity module as the capacity module drills down into workflow.
Capacity Permissions
View Practice Capacity
View Practice Manager allows the user to view the practice capacity charts. This provides insight into which team members have available capacity, and which are over allocated. The user can then drill into the bars which takes them to the workflow list for that team member. From here they can reassign the tasks to another month or team member.
View Practice Capacity allows the user to see capacity for all team members in the practice. It cannot be restricted to certain team members or teams.
Schedule Tasks
Schedule Tasks allows the user to view tasks that need to be scheduled, and the tasks that have already been scheduled. Users with permissions to access Scheduled Tasks will be able to see budgets on jobs and billable rates for other team members.
Manage Jobs
Manage Jobs allows the user to manage budgets on jobs, and update fields on jobs such as categories and job managers. Users with permissions to access Manage Jobs will be able to see budgets on jobs and billable rates for other team members.
HQ Permissions
Edit Settings
Edit Settings allows the user to edit the following settings:
- General Settings
- Job Titles
- Teams
- Office
- Non-schedulable Tasks
Edit Users
Edit Users allows the user to delete or edit users. To add a new user, the user will also need access to the ‘Edit Team’ permissions to send the user invite.
Edit Integration
Edit Integration allows the user to view the connect logs with Xero Practice Manager, disconnect the integration, and re-set up the integration with Xero Practice Manager.
Edit Team
Edit Team allows the user to send user invites to team members, and edit the following fields for all team member:
- Assignable
- Job Title
- Team
- Office
- Billable Rate
- Hours Per Week
- Capacity
Edit Billing
Edit billing allows the user to update the credit card for billing, and update the billing period between monthly and annual.
