The invoiced value in your XPM should however match the invoiced value in your Xero (blue) for a given period, with the exception of any non-XPM transactions like:
* Xero Journal entries effecting revenue accounts
* Credit notes, bad debts
* Non-XPM invoices like selling a vehicle
All client related invoices should reconcile. The most common reasons for XPM invoices not matching Xero invoices for a period are:
1. Xero (blue) invoices not syncing 'upward' to XPM jobs correctly
2. People changing invoice dates in Xero (will not update the invoice date in XPM)
3. People changing invoice values in Xero (will not update the invoice value in XPM)
Invoicing from XPM to Xero is a one-way trip so any changes need to be made in XPM which normally involves cancelling and re-issuing the invoice.
Fortunately there is an easy way to reconcile Xero (blue) invoices with what is in your XPM invoices:

The best Xero report to use for this is an Account Transaction report (not any debtors report). Select all income account types used for XPM related services for the same period.
