Staff mappings allow us to group & filter our team performance report. This enables us to compare teams or filter out non-billable staff from the team performance report. The account owner has the ability to set up customised groupings for each of our staff in the staff mappings settings.
To set up your staff mappings: login to your account > click on the icon in the top right corner > Staff Mappings. The staff mappings section lists all of your staff on the left hand side. Please note all staff who have ever entered time sheets in your account will appear on this list (whether currently employed or inactive).
Your account will come with some default grouping categories. To remove or add grouping categories > go to manage staff criteria in the top right hand corner. From here you can remove or add further grouping categories. It is really up to you how you want to view and group your team performance data. Some common groupings are below.
To add staff members to a grouping categories simply type in a mapping next to their name under the appropriate grouping column. If a staff member is no longer employed then leave all mapping fields in the row next to their name blank. This will remove the staff member from the team performance report and individual summary report.
Once the mappings are entered click the save button on the bottom right hand corner of the page.
