The staff information in XPM only displays historic billable rates. To view historical base rates in XPM you will need to create a report to display this information. The steps below will guide you in preparing this report:
1. Go to Report > Report Builder > Time Report > Create.
2. Enter fields: [Time] Date & [Time] Base Rate.
3. Enter criteria: [Staff] Name Includes.
4. Choose a staff members name from dropdown list in the criteria.
5. Click Preview Report.
6. Scan this report to see the date the staff members base rates change and enter accordingly into Link Reporting's base rate mappings for this staff member.
7. Edit the report > change the criteria to the next staff members name > Preview Report
8. Repeat.
