Setting up Overhead Mappings

Link reporting has the ability to enter an overhead rate against an hour, and the staff rates at cost.  This allows you to run your staff performance reporting based on raw cost, and uses the burdened rate when running the job profitability reporting. 

The account owner has the ability to assign overhead rates to staff members in the overhead mappings settings. To set up overhead mappings:
1. Login to your account
2. Click on the icon in the top right corner > OverHead Mappings
3. Enter overhead hourly rate.  

You can populate overhead hourly rates as far back as you choose.  To auto-populate the entire year use the green arrow symbol that will pop up when entering the first months overhead hourly rate.
